Apply for Grant Writing Assistance

The District of Kitimat forged a new partnership in July 2010 to help secure grant funding for a wide range of community projects and programs.  Mr. Fred Wilson is now available to help local non-profit groups and the District of Kitimat (1) identify potential sources of funding for projects and programs, (2) complete funding applications and (3) monitor applications through to completion.  This position has been funded, in-part, by The Northern Development Initiative Trust (NDI).

An assistance application [PDF - 82 KB] is available here in electronic format.  Paper copies may be picked up at the District of Kitimat Office, 270 City Centre; or the Kitimat Child Development Centre, 1515 Kingfisher Avenue N.  Completed forms must be returned to the Child Development Centre, Attn M. Warcup.
