Council Meeting Schedule

In compliance with Section 127 of the BC Community Charter, residents of Kitimat are advised the following Regular Council Meetings are scheduled to be held in 2012:

Please note: 

Scheduled meetings may be cancelled in the rare event that quorum-a minimum of four Councillors-is not attained.

Regular Council Meetings take place at the Council Chambers, 1101 Kingfisher Avenue (2nd Floor of the Fire Hall).  Meetings begin at 7:30 p.m. Regular meetings are televised on Local Cable Channel 10.

Delegations wishing to address Council are asked to contact Walter McLellan, Municipal Clerk (250) 632-8900 at least five days before the Council meeting. This is to ensure the delegation appears on the Council agenda, which is set Thursday of the week before each meeting.
