Zoning
Land within the District of Kitimat is divided into four types of zones:
- Residential (R)
- Commercial (C)
- Industrial (M)
- Greenbelt (G).
To determine which zone a specific property is located in, you will need to look at a current zoning map. Please note that there many different zones within each of the four zone types.
