Recreation services in the District of Kitimat are 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed.

Programs/Workshops/Fitness Programs

The District of Kitimat Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel any program due to the lack of registration or other issues beyond its control.  Fill reimbursement to all participants of cancelled programs will be made.

Refunds

Programs/Workshops/Fitness Programs: Your satisfaction is guaranteed on all programs/workshops/fitness programs.  If you are not completely satisfied with any class or program you may request a refund or credit for the program.  Full reimbursement will be made.  Note: Unused fitness punch passes at the end of each season are non refundable and non transferable to future fitness classes

Memberships/Punch Passes

Refunds will not be issued for memberships including: Regular memberships; Court Memberships; Art Wing Memberships. 

Reasoning: The District of Kitimat Recreation Department deeply discounts the price of memberships to the purchaser at the time of purchase.

Medical Excuses

If a refund is requested for a membership due to the fact that the owner of the membership is unable to use it due to physical medical reasons, the request will be forwarded for approval to the Recreation Administration Coordinator.
