Conferences, Meeting Rooms & Seminars


The Leisure Services Department has many facilities available to rent to you or your group for social activities, meetings, seminars, workshops, conferences, church functions or business events. For bookings, or more information about rates and fees, please call Riverlodge @ 250-632-8970 and talk to our Administration Co-ordinator.

If you hold your meeting, conference or seminar at Riverlodge we are also able to offer (upon availability) the following equipment and/or services:

Round Tables • Table Linen • Multimedia Projector
 • Overhead Projector/Screen • TV, VCR and DVD
• Podium and microphone • P.A. System • Flip chart • Chalk Board
• Coffee Service • Coffee Urns • Water Pitchers
• Photocopying • Kitchen Facilities • Room set-up

Our meeting places include:

  • Activity Room @ Riverlodge: For up to 90 persons (hardwood floor)
  • Community Room @ Riverlodge: For up to 350 persons (hardwood floor)
  • Jim Linton Gym @ Riverlodge: For up to 650 persons (hardwood floor)
  • Tamitik Arena @ Tamitik: For up to 1500 persons (concrete floor). Indoor seating for up to 2000 persons

Rooms appropriate for smaller groups are also available.
