Application Forms
Application forms for permits pertaining to Building Inspection can be downloaded below, or picked up in-person at the District office, 270 City Centre (City Centre Mall).
Completed application forms with supporting documents can be delivered to the District office during regular business hours: 8:30 am - 12:00 pm, and 1:00 pm to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday. The District office is closed weekends and Statutory Holidays (including Easter Monday).
