Roads
The Engineering Services department provides maintenance and replacement of road signage, street and traffic lights, road surfaces, walkways, parking lots, and bridges.

The following applications for road related information, service, and permission are available for download:
- Culvert Installation Permit Application
- Curb-Cut-Application
- Engineering Service Information Request
- Traffic Permit Application
Completed applications and forms can be delivered to the District of Kitimat, 270 City Centre during regular business hours: 8:30am - 12:00pm, and 1:00pm to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. The District office is closed weekends and Statutory Holidays (including Easter Monday).
Concerns regarding the maintenance and replacement of roads and/or road infrastructure can be forwarded to the Public Works department at 250-632-8930, or Engineering Services at 250-632-8906. Go to Top
