BC Transit: Regional Review

This study was initiated by BC Transit to review the transit system and identify opportunities for improvement to:

1. Increase transit ridership;
2. Find efficiencies and cost savings;
3. Enhance and build community partnerships;
4. Improve service delivery and customer focus; and
5. Increase the satisfaction of customers with transit.
This project was undertaken between May and July of 2012 in conjunction with a review of the
Terrace Regional Transit System to ensure the two systems continue to take advantage of
opportunities to produce increased efficiency and enhanced travel.  The full report is now available for public review.
