Seeking Comment - Viewpoint Apartments Development Permit Application

UPDATE: Council has deferred decision on this Permit until following recommendations from the Advisory Planning Commission. This application is scheduled to return to Council on March 17, 2014.

Kiticorp Inc. has submitted an application for Council to consider a Development Permit for 1530-1600 Albatross Avenue (Viewpoint Apartments). This application is to enable exterior renovations, including re-cladding exteriors with vinyl siding and new windows. The Development Permit would cover exterior renovations to all eight buildings. Renovations are expected to take place concurrently with interior renovations. Work will commence on one building March 2014, and all work is expected to be completed by February 2016.

Submissions received by email after this deadline but before 4:30 pm on Monday, March 17, 2014 will be read before Council at the Regular Meeting.
