TRAFFIC AND WATER NOTICE FOR KILDALA AREA Due to an emergency fire response, a section of Kuldo Boulevard, from between Omenica Street to Okanagan Street, is currently closed to traffic. Okanagan Street itself is closed to motor traffic at this time. Please avoid the area if possible during these operations. Residents in the Kildala neighbourhood might notice discoloured water as a result of fire hydrant use in the area. If you notice this, run your taps until the water clears.

Please be aware of traffic control on Haisla Hill taking place both today, April 12, and on Thursday, April 14, for scheduled work along the shoulder. Traffic will be reduced to two lanes during this time. Thank you for your care and attention while this work takes place.

Proof of Vaccination No Longer Required

Starting today, the B.C. government has removed the requirement to show your proof of vaccination to access certain places and businesses. This means a proof of vaccination is no longer required to access our recreational facilities. Thank you very much for your ongoing patience as we follow provincial health guidance. SECTION OF ALBATROSS TEMPORARILY CLOSED ON TUESDAY

A section of the north end of Albatross Avenue, near the intersection to Kingfisher Avenue, will be closed on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., to allow for a water line replacement in that area. Please use detours via Gryfalcon Avenue and Cormorant Avenue, or Haisla Boulevard during this time. Thank you very much for your patience and your attentive driving during this work.
