Haisla Bridge Project Traffic Impacts

February 19, 2021 – Clearing work for the Haisla Bridge Replacement Project will be conducted Monday to Saturday from February 22, 2021 to March 22, 2021.
Please expect single lane alternating traffic with full traffic stoppages in both directions between 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. during times of work.

Haisla Bridge Traffic Impacts

FEBRUARY 4, 2021 – Work is being conducted on the Haisla Bridge today between 9:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Traffic will be limited to one lane during this time.

Lower Mall Parking Lot Access Restricted

January 26, 2021 – The District of Kitimat will be conducting maintenance work which will restrict access to the west entrance (No Frills entrance) of the lower City Centre Mall parking lot on January 27th. Work will commence at 8:00am and is anticipated to be completed in the early afternoon.
The entrance will be closed during this time. Please use the alternate entrance.
