Wood Smoke Reduction Program (through Kitimat Airshed Group)

The Kitimat Airshed Group offers a rebate program for people exchanging their old wood stove.

From their website:

The Kitimat Airshed Group (KAG) is offering rebates to eligible residents who remove their 5+-year-old wood-burning appliance used for home heating and replace it with an EPA or CSA-certified woodstove, pellet stove, or electric heat pump. Rebates are available on a first-come, first-served basis for all households in the Kitimat-Terrace Valley Airshed that meet the eligibility criteria. There is one rebate per household.
