Speak before Council

1. Complete a Delegation Request Form.
2. Submit the form to us prior to 4 p.m. on the Wednesday before the Council meeting you want to speak at.
3. Send the form to the contact information at the bottom of the page.

What to expect when you present

• Arrive 10 minutes before the meeting starts
• You will be given 10 minutes to speak
• Council may ask you questions
• Address Mayor and Council as “Mayor” and “Councillor”
