Canada Day Long Weekend Facility Hours

District of Kitimat offices and facilities will have adjusted hours on Monday, July 1 due to the Canada Day long weekend.

District of Kitimat offices - including Municipal Hall, Public Works and Public Safety Building

These offices will be closed to the public on Monday, July 1.

Leisure Services facilities

The Sam Lindsay Aquatic Centre will be open for a free public swim from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Monday, July 1. The Tamitik Jubilee Sports Complex will otherwise be closed this day.

Riverlodge Recreation Centre will be open for Canada Day-related activities from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. Other services including the weight and cardio rooms will be unavailable.
