Together with the Kitimat Chamber of Commerce and Kitimat Community Services Society, we'd like to know how recent immigration changes - specifically Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada's (IRCC) tighter limits on Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIAs), spousal work permits, and study permits - affect business owners.
