People out walking in KitimatKitimat offers fitness programs for people of all levels and abilities to make it easy to lead an active lifestyle.

Programs include zumba, circuit classes, weight training, pilates, keiser spin cycling and yoga.

Fitness programs are subject to change due to low attendance/registration.

Classes may be cancelled at the discretion of the instructor or programmer.


Fitness class drop-in fees:

  • Adult $8
  • Student $6
  • Senior $4

Yin yoga drop-in fees:

  • Adult $15.00
  • Student $11.25
  • Senior $7.50

Yoga drop-in fees (two hour classes are twice the drop-in fee):

  • Adult $12.50
  • Student $9.40
  • Senior $6.25

*Subject to space availability. Does not apply to yoga classes.

Punch passes

Can't commit? Or need to take a few extra sessions?  Choose a Punch Pass.

Punch Passes are:

  • $7.50 per session with a minimum 5 session purchase
  • Can be used if space is available (similar to drop-in)
  • Valid for one season; expire at the end of every season
  • Non-transferable
  • Non-refundable without a medical reason and doctor's note

  • Interval Step
  • HIIT
  • Keep Fit Circuit
  • Pound
  • Simple Stretch
  • Spin
  • Step 'n Sculpt
  • Walk and Stretch
  • Yoga Fusion
  • Zumba

Registered participants have first priority in fitness programs.

Please call ahead to ensure the class you wish to attend is running.
